NuArth offers fresh, high-quality vegetables and other farm produce through both an online store and a physical retail location. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing, shipping, returns, and customer support.
🚚 2. Shipping & Delivery
For Online Orders:
• Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver only within Kerala (Kochi).
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 7 PM on business days.
• Shipping Charges: A flat fee of ₹100 applies for orders below ₹300, while orders above this amount qualify for free shipping.
For Physical Store Purchases:
• Customers can opt for in-store pickup or request local delivery (if available).
• Delivery charges and timeframes may vary based on distance.
🔁 3. Returns & Refunds
For Online Orders:
• Perishable Items: Since vegetables and fresh produce are perishable, we only accept returns for damaged or spoiled items.
• Return Window: Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For Physical Store Purchases:
• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items.
• No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases unless the product is defective.

• We guarantee the freshness and quality of our produce.
• In case of dissatisfaction with product quality, customers can request a replacement or store credit.

• Online Store: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Physical Store: Cash, card payments, and UPI are accepted.
